The idea that there would be a pluralist society where people exist in highly functioning, interfaith, ecumenical context is very foreign to the diminueness. I think what we need to understand is that until he radically changes course on things like abortion and things like religious freedom, the evangelicals are not going to go anywhere. This reaches to the highest rungs of our government, period. It can't be good. There can only be a negative when you possess absolute truth,.
