I think it's just good to be open to not demonize that label. Alcoholism and addiction happens to fit all four of those modules but to actually really admit that you have an alcohol problem or your abusing alcohol or your an alcoholic is In turn it's an internal admittedly now. If there's enough evidence Hopefully you can crack through that denial that someone has that they could actually go. I Was really taking back. It's just how much harmony is in the building if you've seen it isn't denial, but you have everybody sitting around him saying look you know last Friday you fell asleep at the wheel"
