How to Use Hongo to Translate English Into Chinese

There was this post on a Chinese website that was it's kind of like an equivalent to Quora or something. And someone had asked what are good iOS Japanese dictionaries and the best tools for learning Japanese on iOS. This could run a workflow that would machine translate the English into Chinese. It sounds like somebody doing somebody in China doing exactly what you were doing that led up to the hongo.
