The Heart's Still Hard to Problem Robotics

There are lots of reasons why we don't have robots like that. Why do we spend so much time programming robots? It hasn't got any easier. We've got more software to choose from but it's still very hard. I think understanding how learning works, figuring out how to do learning more efficiently is one of the most interesting problems at the moment.
