The Inverse Correlation Between the Bond Market and the Stock Market

The correlation part of my goal was central to his thesis and he effectively is talking about a re-establishment of that correlation. There is always one main reason why it does so and risk, which is when inflation and inflation expectations tend to be way outside an uncomfortable bend for central bankers. But no matter what, if you want to guarantee, let me put it like that, that these correlations will return, then we simply need to see inflation back in a range where a central bank can act with the same kind of reaction function as they had from 2008 to 2020.
