The device is a training tool. You put it on and you go through our program. And all the program says is for seven days you listen to our audio course each day. That's it. The audio course you hit play, it tells you what to do, and then it tells you to start doing the bad habit. It will automatically zap you during those sessions. They're like set audio sessions. Then throughout the rest of the day, whenever you get the desire or the urge, you press the button yourself in order to reduce the urge.
