Is Democracy Compatible With Islam?

Democracy is used by all those who use it, or i'll say for most of those who useit instrumentally. A communist uses democracy to vote in a communist party does so because they want to see communism enacted. In christianity, the separation is accepted. The church is not the law giver. The pope is not lawgiver. Jesus christ is not seen as the lawgivers. They may have adocted those positions, they may have assumed those positions, but the separation is very clear. And i think that that is probably why, you know, democracies and emerged out of christian culture. It's a huge struggle for something like that to happen within
