What Is the Monoculture at Google?

James DeMoor wrote a 3000 word memo regarding biological differences between the sexes. He used the term monoculture, and so I don't think that his description of the monoculture versus some of these AI people's description of themonoculture at Google would be the same describes them as each other. But yeah, monoculture is bad, but I wanna disentangle what he means by that. Also, ways to compete with big data on the algorithm side, very interesting idea. We need to learn how to do that. There are many natural intelligences, many humans that have different types ofelligences. One person can be good at, in this area, another
