The Violent Agreement in the Case of the Former President
A protective order to protect sensitive information is standard in a case where the discovery will include personal identifying information of potential witnesses, et cetera. The judge puts restrictions on how the defendants can possess or see certain unclassified documents and says that everything has to be with essentially a chaperone. That was unusual to me to have that, particularly with nonclassified information.
