i was very much in this all-and-nothing cycle when it came to working out which got very frustrating because i was putting a lot of effort into my health and fitness and not actually experiencing much change once i learned about this i started applying these concepts that i'm teaching or sharing in this episode to health and fitness. When we can really be so there for the journey and the ups and downs and the lessons along the way we end up achieving all of the other goals that we really struggled to achieve when we were in that fixed mindset.
