Libetalol vs Hydrolysine

I've noticed more and more nurses are afraid to give beta blockers when patients are even approaching bradycardia. Libetalol works much better at hydrolysine, which I'm not super impressed with as a drug. A lot of the time, like we were saying, this is just the numbers high enough that it's a nuisance and someone is going to make me treat it but I don't care all that much more.
