Bull Realty has a multi-family division at our shop here in the Southeast US. And we sell apartments and we see still tremendous demand from, from investors and buyers. So it's interesting, of course, transaction volume is, is lower than it was, especially when you compare it to the go-go year of 2021. But so what are you actually seeing for transaction volume trends? Well, it's happening in the South and Southeast. that's where the demand is.
