Kookoo: The Best Player in the World?

Kookoo has been producing at a high level in the boondace league ever since he got there. He's going to have a more limited and prescribed role in the Premier League. And one of the things that pops for him is that he has been a pretty great passer, sort of all across his numbers. The last time they were this bad, they won the league the next year with Conte or something like that.
