The Importance of Ambition

Sally Kohn: I think that this goes hand in hand also with our discussion of ambition. It has served us really well and it also doesn't always serve us. And like, we're understanding of it. We're becoming like a little worn down as a concept. The other like factor at play is not just about woman, but what type of woman you are,. What you look like. Who gets to be imperfect? White ladies. Women of color. That also gets to like all of these bigger discussions around class and gender and race.
