The Importance of Clerkships for First Generation Students
Students, a lot of students of color and so some of the resources we provide in our mentorship program are to demystify the process. We've also started doing one-on-one legal writing feedback where students are paired with a mentor who helps prepare their application including clerkship application. And then most recently we are really excited to roll out a public facing resource that anyone can access on our website. This is a clerkship handbook that's really geared towards students who are most underrepresented in this process. It includes a lot of great advice and insights from our amazing community members as well.
