Product Managers - What It Means to Be Profitable
Businesses need to be profitable. This means taking in more money than they're spending on everything that costs money. Failing to do this, it's only going to be a matter of time until lenders and investors will lose faith in the company. As PMs, we have our own little kingdoms. And in these product territories, we're the chief executive. That means that we're ultimately responsible for revenue, for cost, for, of course, profit.
