Is God Present in the Darkness?

Vohos: The nature of this god is that he's self sufficient. He didn't need anything, because for eternity he had existed in this nothingness and was absolutely sufficient in himself,. So when he sets about to create, it's for other reasons than while i'm lonely, or while i need something. And so it feels almost like a flex to be like, god's there and everything's going to be all right. Even the midst of what can feel pretty intimidating at immediately, makes me think about times when i feel like there's darkness in my life."
