The Continuing History of Interpretation of Paul on Justification

Mgrat says he is not going to take any position on what paul in fact was saying. What he's doing is simply providing the ways in which subsequent generations have interpreted him. The present volume, mgrat says, can thus be seen at one level as a continuou analysis of the church's interpretation of paul on justification. It takes no fixed view on what the correct interpretation of p Paul should be.
