Introduction

The DARE workshop is something that we do every year. It's concurrent with our big West Conference, the AFCA Naval Institute West Conference at the San Diego Convention Center. We have this group of junior officers, mid to senior grade enlisted folks,. Navy Marine Corps Coast Guard and some civilians. And they are doing this thing called design thinking where they take two, it's usually two questions posed by one of the sea service chiefs.
