The Federalist Society, I Think, Is a New Sort of Standard

When Reagan was picking Sandra Day O'Connor or when George H.W. Bush was picking David Souter, they were sort of relying on the sort of standard GOP standard bearers who, you know, were looking at their networks. Now it seems having outsourced much of this to the Federalist Society and other conservative groups that we're not seeing the same kind of network reliance in a traditional sense.
