The 20-year is not doing what people think unless they believe that we're going to have a serious recession. The JPMorgan deal, when I look at the pressure off heads under, if they do raise rates and how they stay strong because mortgage rates stay down, I just think they're their own worst enemy right now. All they have to do is say, listen,. We're going to be vigilant. Vigilant always gets people excited. You used to wear vigilant. Why don't you say vigilant?
