A couple of centuries ago, people had a consensos reality where they all agreed on what is good and what is evil. And now that has crumbled - so how do we agree on anything at this point? Do we actually have to get everybody on the same page, or do we just operate in this kind of post modernist patchwork way? Well, i do think this idea of sovereignty is going to be an absolute requirement for any kind of system to ever take place. There's gota need to be this, likea individual level of education that needs to recur," he says.
We recently participated and spoke at DGOV Council in Berlin, an event that explored new principles of human-centric scalable governance. The experience inspired us to think more deeply about distributed governance, the emergence of collective intelligence, anti-fragility and sovereignty.
