The Primacy and Recency Effect

The primacy and recency effect states that the first moment, primacy and latest or last moment, recency that we experience with something like content forms our opinion and our memory. It cements that memory and how you felt about it in your brain. If you leave people with a bad end experience, that's what they remember the most. So we ought to over invest in making really great intros and really great outros because as the psychology is in our favor, the science dictates that that's why people really remember you.
