i do think we are at this critical juncture when we look at some of our cities that are struggling, and have struggled so much in the last year and a half. And you do wonder what happens going forward? Will the intr structure ultimately come from the federal government and maybe change some of those cities that have been struggling? You know, do we have an opportunity, because we could work from home, we don't have to work in major cities, to re invent the cities and towns that we have out there? It's cur tempting to give it a try.
