We Don't Have to Be Their Tribe, Right?
I have spent the last 14, 15 years of my life putting my head down and getting stuff done. So i turn around and asked them, sing, whend you want to b c o, and they'll give me an answer. According to me, this generation is the most talented generation we've ever had. They know their ship much better than we knew our ship. But again, for us it's about unlearning, accepting and creating a system that works for everybody. I personally believe that if we tapped 15 or 20 of these people correctly, we would have built a very, very good foundation for our organization. Because these kids are bloody sharp.
