In 20 19, in ogden utah, four officers, each with less than five years of experience killed. Giovanni mircado had been diagnosed with scitzophrenia and started walking round the street with a knife in his hand. The call wasn't in their assigned area, but bailey later said he thought it would be a good training experience. As the officers were on their way the mercado's family's home security camera was rolling.
