What's the Public Response to the Jury's Decision?

The jury deliberated for eight days, which was the longest deliberation in new york state history at the time. She won't even be eligible for a parole hearing for 15 years. By the time we got there, everyone hated her because of how she was stand it turns out it's not this like, bad ass story of a revenge killing or like, liam women hear me roar type of thing. All they've gotten is this really one dimensional revenge story.
