How to Apply Transfer Learning to Analysis of Survey Data

Okeyon is working on a model that can predict an individual's next job given pre-trained data of resumes. He says he hopes other social scientists, not only labor economists, but people in other fields as well, can incorporate the idea of transfer learning into their specific research problems. Okeyon will be starting a postdoc at Harvard this coming fall to work on some of the things he plan to work on then.
