I think the analogy is so good because I really didn't know much about privateers. And it's like essentially a raiding force that's part of the military, not outside of the system. Part of the same organization, but quite diametrically different in so many ways. If you're not intentionally inviting people to want to be a part of you doing something that maybe they're not allowed to do, that maybe they don't understand all these same things. It feels like there's more like, it's almost more of like a sales job or a romance, romance job of like, how do I attract these people to wanting to like what is the opposite of what they get to do
