The New York Times - I'm Cynical, but I Don't Think So
I suspect that there are a lot of states where folks would welcome measures that made it more difficult for criminals to get guns. I think, frankly, you would find broad support for measures that required people to store their guns safely and to receive some form of training before purchasing a firearm. But the n r a has made that stuff all verbotin, and the senators get in line. Too cynical? No, i don't think con be cynical enough. You know, i tru i'm very, very cynical. Se t is so stunning.
