How to Slow Down and Appreciate Compliments

When you're in the weeds and just doing your day-to-day tasks, do what you have to do, you can't really see the progress. So I always like to tell people, if you look back, let's say at the content you created three months, six months, one year ago, and you're not feeling this kind of feeling that, oh, like, I'm ashamed of what I just put out, then you didn't make any progress, right? That's a strong indicator that you are becoming better.
