The Importance of Low Fat Dairy on Health

In most instances, all of the healthy nutrients are maintained in skim milk. But by going to low fat milk you reduce your saturated fat content. The government have recommended us to have low fat to cut down the saturated fat intake. It's clear that full fat dairy has some favorable impact on health, but just not quite as favorable as low fat dairy.
