Are You Sure We Don't Want to Get the Computer Out?
I think we really were concentrating on readiness, so especially as we got closer to go live. And that was a component within change management. So it was kind of an easy transition to think through that from our employees. Are they ready to experience what it's going to be like in the cloud and be more digital? I will tell you, we had the best light plans heading into 2020,. but then much like everyone, March hit. We all went to spring break and just never came back.
