Is LND a Watchtower?

The main LND watchtower that people use was also affected by this. That only works with core lightning. It doesn't work with LND as my understanding. So like LND has a prepackaged watchtower that everyone's been using. And that also would have been vulnerable. But you know, that's also a conversation and about how, where watchtowers go, should they be some kind of cross compatibility? I don't know.
