If a drug is non-polar, it's more likely to be lipophilic. Or fat soluble. But they have to be small. They have to be low molecular weight. High molecular weight, it's not going to move through. It's harder. And so drugs that have a high molecular weight usually aren't taken orally because they can't be absorbed through the gut. So there's aquaponans? So that's for the water soluble, not for the fat soluble. The molecular weight just can't be a large molecular weight.
