Community Is a Cost Center

I've heard so often that Community is a cost center and that makes my skin crawl, you know, it just makes me So angry when I hear that. You really do have to think about your definition because what I think is pretty damn direct ROI the bottom line and not only just Um Revenue expanded revenue retention adoption like all the ways.
