Kazinski identifies the spiritual failure or society, caused by philosophical rot. He says we have forgotten what a virtuous society looks like and can do. Such a society would alleviate the prolems of modernity. Kazinsky is probably right that we won't get there without civilizational collapse. That's going to be unpleasant, but there's no need for us all to be picking nuts and grasses forever afterwards.
