There is still this tendency where starting a software company has gone from being something pretty weird that you did if you were actually passionate about it to kind of a default career path. There's just an enormous amount of young people who are working on these projects, they work on them for a month or a few months at a time and then they're on to the next thing. And so I think there's just always this tendency towards monoculture like scaling does create monoculture. So we need to be finding that next thing.
