The First Project as a Data Scientist
In the bank, you're just a really small co-op in this big system. But if you jump into a smaller startup, they're usually chronically busy and super understaffed. And so my first project was really to build out a new system of how we evaluate ads that came in. That already kind of shaped what I would do in the future as well.
