I like what you're sharing about paying attention to what customers are asking you for, especially if it's shifting. I see that with a lot of copywriters who are having a harder time selling retainer packages or they maybe are just losing long-term retainers left and right. Sounds like you're saying this is the time to sit down, revisit all your offers and figure out what's working,. What's not working, based off what customers are asks you for?
