How Can I Learn More About the Biceps?

A lot of art books and other resources seem targeted at beginners, and i have had trouble finding more advanced teutorials. I apparently am trying to improve art by doing studies of reference motives or of artists i think have interesting stiled but i really enjoy learning from art books since they have so much information. Am a 21 year old who have been consistently drawing for my entire life. But i honestly am looking to improve on anything relating to draugtsmanship, painting or animation. It has truly made a difference, think te hope.
