The Supply and Demand of High Quality, Growth Talent

i have six observations about what it is like to be looking for a job in growth, any commerce. The first them is the supply and demand. And i know this from being on the hiring side of this as well. Right now, and i think this is probably somthing thatwill last for a long time,. if not forever, the demand side for high ity, growth talent is very high, and the supply side is limited.
