The Importance of Insurance Design in America

Every high performing system that is not ours, what they all share is not an insurance design. The way Canada works and I'm not sure if you want to call England high performing, but it's cheap. But because our system costs whatever it is, four x times more, you would need a tremendous amount of compulsory saving to get there. We are very focused in America on insurance design. And we're very focused on the consumer side of what will happen.
