In places like Ecuador which is going through some problems at the moment and there are parts of South America where the demography is quite young Ecuador Paraguay and so on. I would argue without evidence that you might find similar things in parts of Africa where there are young demographics. Next century belongs to areas that have a young demography now and have retained an optimism that is attached to a human civilization. The old way of thinking isn't the thinking that will see us through it, he says.
