Constraints and Causality Are Intertwined

I like to think that they are part of organizing the neural encoding. John O'Keefe got the Nobel Prize for finding play cells in a rat he became was that fires when the rat is in a specific location. When we talk about the oscillation constraining the firing we can also think about the face of in which the cycles they fire coding for information so I cannot prove to you that the brain is utilizing this face organized code but at least when we do get the data themselves we can do a better job at sort of reading the rats or mind of where the rat is by taking the face of firing into account if necessary.
