He passed IAS with AIR 14 and became the IAS officer in Uttar Pradesh, throughout his career he has worked on various tough projects, brought significant changes, and worked with many CMs. He has written books like âEthical Dilemmas of a Civil Servantâ, âNot Just A Civil Servantâ and many others. We talked about how IAS became IAS and got placed in his home state Uttar Pradesh, he shared about his early days, the challenges he faced, how he got transferred, how he used to be in ethical dilemmas, and how he created value systems to deal with everything.
