The Principle of Polarity in Relation to Love and Hate

Love and hate are generally regarded as being things diametrically opposed to each other, entirely different, unreconcilable. But we apply the principle of polarity, beginning at any point of the scale, we find more love or less hate as we descend. Courage and fear come under the same rule. So we can say we want to depolarize ourselves or neutralize ours ves when moving in the direction of what we truly want to do. No shaming ourselves, no condemning ourselves. That just creates unnecessary complexity in the mind. And like with a lot of things in life, it could be a combination. Sometimes you do this, sometimes you do that.
