I was with a government agency at the start f theyear before the pandamic. They were going through a thing where they wanted more product teams. The silos existed, and i think there was an awarenessthe i was working with heads of the product team to see how they may untangle ther. It's always looking on a somebody's got to take the blame in there because things have gone wrong. I'm not sure how you can get to turn rout in this dis profess n this kind of mind said.
