There's no way in my, so I want to hear your comment on this, but there's no scenario where you can restrict calories and have optimal hormones. So our very first thing for any client that we see working on hormone health goals across a lot of ranges is we have to make sure we're eating enough on a consistent basis. If it's just never been on your radar before and we grew up with marketing that 1,200 calories is sufficient for an adult female, we got to spend some time checking in on that.
