Are the Russians Targeting the Residential Buildings?
The apartment block that i visited in the morning didn't see any military installations. So it was just a normal suburban area in a residential areaa. All these incidents, they just suggest that the front line is getting closer to kiv. But this is just in the north and northwest. I mean, we have been talking for days about russian troops potentially encircling the capital.
